Online Demographic insight:
Possibly the simplest path to a profitable online marketing campaign or platform is to know exactly What your customers and prospects want, Where they can be found online, Why they are searching for those solutions and How they are discussing or being served by the available solutions.
I Use surveys, Search engine traffic analysis, Social Media Listening, Split testing and my own personal intuitive psychographic profiling and insight to judge and improve the marketing message, platform and often the product composition and offer itself.
What does that all mean anyway?
It Means I use a variety of stealthy and sophisticated tools to understand the Market, the competition, the consumer, their needs and I test and track to find what works as inexpensively as possible before we choose to scale out a campaign or product launch. By understanding exactly How the consumer is feeling and talking about their needs or problems, we can best enter into a conversation where we develop rapport, build trust, Earn Business and win referrals.
We Begin our process with the mindset of Curiosity to Learn as best we can.
As we understand both the problems and needs, then we can be Empathetic to how the consumer feels.
We proceed from a position of Generosity in hopes to begin to Empower, Inspire and engage the consumer, providing them insight and value that builds their enthusiasm and anticipation for the product /solution that they desire and we provide. We do this by answering their questions, solving some of their immediate needs and problems , providing no risk trials, free tutorials, anything that can be appreciated as empowering free content that ideally has very little or no cashflow cost for us to deliver.
